Our luxury portable toilets are modern, scrupulously maintained and extremely reliable. However, in the rare event that anything goes wrong, we are on hand 24 hours a day to help. We offer you a FREE round the clock support service, including immediate call out if needed.

Our luxury portable toilets come with their own fresh water tank. Under normal conditions of usage, these won’t need to be refilled. However, if your event is taking place over an extended period of time, you may need to top up the tanks using an on-site water supply.

Ideally the luxury portable toilets should be placed on flat and firm ground, in an easily accessible location. However, they are quite manoeuvrable, and we will always do our best to position them exactly where you’d like. It may be possible for us to compensate for any height difference in uneven ground during installation.

All our luxury portable toilets contain automatic air fresheners to maintain a pleasant fragrance. We also use a freshening agent inside the loos themselves. As long as the loos are not used in excess of their stated capacity, then there should be no unpleasant smell at all.

The luxury portable toilets are supplied with all the consumables (luxury-grade paper, towels, soap, etc.) you’ll need to cover the size and duration of your event. However, if your event takes place over several days or has a very large numbers of guests, then some on-site servicing may be needed. We’ll advise you on this at the time of your enquiry.

Yes, we can provide one or more attendants as an extra service, depending on the size of your event. Our uniformed attendants have the technical knowledge to support you in the unlikely event of a problem. They’ll ensure that the luxury portable toilets are kept spotlessly clean and running smoothly.

Our uniformed drivers will use 4×4 vehicles to tow the luxury portable toilets to your site.

We’ll agree on a delivery schedule with you when you make your booking. This will usually be one or two days prior to your event, at a fixed time. We will always endeavour to fit in with the time that suits you best.

Yes, quite often our luxury portable toilets are installed inside a marquee, meaning that guests will not need to leave the marquee to use them. Your chosen marquee company will be responsible for the structure surrounding the luxury portable toilets, so you should discuss your needs with them. If you’d like your luxury portable toilets to be inside a marquee, they’ll probably need to be delivered earlier than usual so that they’re in situ before the marquee is erected.

You can rest assured that each one of our units has an electrical safety certificate, which is renewed on a yearly basis following testing by a qualified electrician.
